Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received and the judging criteria. BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND/OR LOCAL RULES AND REGULATIONS APPLY. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES, AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 years or older (19 years or older in AL, DE and NE, 21 years or older in MS). The Chuck E. Cheese #Giveaway Contest is brought to you by Zigazoo, Inc. To be eligible for this contest, you must (a) submit a video response to the respective contest challenge, and (b) be a registered user of Zigazoo with consent (including legal bound by our terms of services located at: https://zigazoo.com/terms-of-service). If a prize is won by a minor, it will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian on the minors’ behalf. Full-time Zigazoo employees, Chuck E. Cheese employees, and members of their immediate families are not eligible for this contest. Talent, partners and creators with channels, or previous contest winners are also not eligible. Zigazoo may reject any entries that it determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, fail to meet any of these eligibility requirements. To be eligible you must agree to abide by these terms and conditions, and be bound by all Zigazoo decisions relating to this contest, which are final and binding in all respects, including but not limited to Zigazoo’s determination of the winners.

CONTEST PERIOD

Each Contest will begin and end as set forth in the corresponding Zigazoo challenge (each a “Contest Period”). There will be one (1) winner chosen on the date set forth in the corresponding Zigazoo challenge (each a “Selection Date”). The Official Time for each contest shall be determined in accordance with the time displayed on Sponsor’s computer systems. The winner will be notified within 72 hours of the respective Selection Date.

ENTRY LIMIT

There is no limit on number of entries, but each entry must be unique and follow the guidelines outlined below.

YOUR ENTRY

An Entry is a video response to the respective contest challenge that complies with the requirements below:

Videos of persons under 18 years of age must be submitted by, or authorized in writing by, a parent or guardian who is 18 years of age or older;
Video must be safe and appropriate;
Must have written permission from any other person included in the Video;
The Entry must not:
- Contain material, images or content that violates or infringe another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement.
- Include brand names or trademarks (other than Peter Piper Pizza) or brand names of other parties.
- Contain any ideas or content that you consider proprietary or that are proprietary to any other party.
Must comply with all of the Official Rules.

Any entry that is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will not be considered. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, delete, or edit the content of an Entry, in its sole discretion, if Sponsor determines that the Entry does not comply with the requirements of these Official Rules or with regulatory guidelines. All Entries must be submitted with the full consent and knowledge of those in the Entry. You must own all rights in and to your Entry. By submitting material, you grant the Sponsor an unrestricted, nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display such material throughout the world in any media. You further agree that the Sponsor is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how that you or individuals acting on your behalf provide to the Sponsor. You grant the Sponsor the right to use the name you submit in connection with such material, if they so choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all the rights to the content you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate any provision herein and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify the Sponsor for all claims resulting from content you supply. Sponsor will have the right to edit, adapt and publish any or all of the Entries, and may use them in any media, whether or not associated with the Contest, without attribution or compensation to you (the entrant), to any individual depicted in the Entry, your/his/her respective successors or assigns, or any other entity unless prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject and/or disqualify any Entry, that the Sponsor deems, in its sole discretion, to be nude, obscene, defamatory, profane, offensive, lewd, pornographic, false, misleading, deceptive, or otherwise inconsistent with its editorial standards, audience expectations, or reputational interests or that Sponsor believes may violate any applicable law or regulation or the rights of any third party.

Prizes: 1 winner to get a Chuck E. Cheese Boo-tacular merch package! The winners are each responsible for the payment of all taxes associated with the receipt of any prize. No substitution or transfer of Prizes permitted. If the prize is ‘Zigabucks’ – you acknowledge and agree that the Zigabucks and their use is also governed by the terms located at: https://zigazoo.com/terms-of-service. If the prize is a gift card provided by a third party vendor, the gift card (and its use) will also be subject to the third party vendor’s separate gift card terms. If the prize is a Chuck E. Cheese Play Pass or Play Band, such prize (and its use) will also be subject to the Play Pass terms and conditions found athttps://www.chuckecheese.com/play-pass-terms/.

Winner Selection: The winning entries will be selected by a panel of Zigazoo judges based on a mix of creativity, likes, and views. The decision of the judges is final. If Zigazoo does not hear from a potential winner in 72 hours after Zigazoo’s initial message, Zigazoo will select another winner (based on Zigazoo’s decision). If any winner is unable to accept his/her Prize and provide requested Zigazoo items, including personal information for tax and funding purposes, Zigazoo will automatically disqualify such winner. The Prizes will only be awarded to the winners who comply with these rules. Prizes will be sent to winners within 60 days of the contest close date. If requested by Zigazoo, winners must execute a Zigazoo provided winner’s affidavit. If any winner is unable to accept his/her Prize and provide requested Zigazoo items including personal information for tax and funding purposes, Zigazoo will automatically disqualify such winner and will select another winner (based on Zigazoo’s decision). The Prizes will only be awarded to the winners who comply with these rules.

Announcement of the Winner: The name of the Prize winners may be announced on or after the day of contest closing in-app and via media channels.

Limitations of Liability: BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, A WINNER AGREES THAT THE PRIZE IS AWARDED ON THE CONDITION THAT ZIGAZOO AND ITS PARTNERS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND EMPLOYEES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION OR USE OF THE PRIZE. The winners further acknowledge that the foregoing parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee (express or implied, in fact or in law) in connection with the prize or the use or enjoyment of the prize. THE PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY SORT, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Taxes and Shipping: Prizes will be subject to all applicable US taxes and withholding. If a prize requires shipping, you will be responsible for paying all shipping and handling (as indicated by Zigazoo). Zigazoo is not liable or responsible for any loss or damage in transit.

RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION

By entering, you agree to fully release and discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, CEC Entertainment Concepts, L.P. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, licensees, and affiliates (“Released Parties”) and each of the Released Parties’ respective directors, officers, owners, employees, agents, and representatives, from all claims, demands, costs, expenses, liability, losses or damages of any kind whatsoever resulting from your participation, or attempted participation, in the Contest or of your acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize, including liability for personal injury or death.

A list of winners will be made available in the corresponding Zigazoo challenge.

General Conditions: If any provision of this Official Contest Rules is held to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these rules shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Zigazoo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these rules. If Zigazoo determines, in its sole discretion, that the on-line portion of the contest is compromised by virus, bug, robot entries, or other corruption of the administration, security or proper play of the contest, then, at its sole discretion, Zigazoo can cancel this contest. In the event of any non-compliance with any requirement stated herein, a winner’s prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. This contest is governed by and shall be construed under the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to the conflicts of law provisions therein. The parties hereby irrevocably consent to exclusive jurisdiction or, and venue in, the state and federal courts in California. If required by Zigazoo, all any claim will be subject to final and binding arbitration in accordance with the rules and procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service (using the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures if available). Arbitration will take place in California. Prizes will only be sent to a U.S. address. Prizes will be subject to all applicable US taxes and withholding. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by any relevant federal, state or local law, and in Maine, Wyoming, Vermont and North Dakota, including but not limited to jurisdictions with laws that would require registration, disclosure, filing, trust account, or posting of a bond, or any other requirements that are not satisfied.
