Can I use the same account for multiple kids?

  • No, each child must have their own account with a unique email for parental verification.

I can’t log into my account!

  • If you signed up with Apple Single Sign-On and used a private relay email, try logging in with the same Apple Single Sign-On option.

How can I see my child’s content?

  • Log in with your parent email to view your child’s account content. You can be signed in on multiple devices simultaneously.

Video Visibility

Why can’t my friend see my videos?

  • All videos are moderated by humans. The moderation time varies based on volume and other factors. For faster review, consider Zigazoo Premium.

Why is my account private and can’t be searched by friends?

  • Ensure your account is verified. There may be a delay before your account becomes public. If your account is still private after 48 hours and posting videos, email us.

How do I set my profile to private?

  • Toggle your videos to private before posting if you don’t want them to be public.

How can I become a Zigazoo channel?

  • Participate in weekly opportunities or enter the challenge here: Zigazoo Challenge. Winners are chosen each month.

Premium Subscription

Why can’t I upgrade to Premium?

  • Google doesn’t support the Family payment method for subscriptions. Turn off Purchase approval in Family Link and subscribe through the app.

How do I cancel my Zigazoo Premium subscription?

Cancel via iOS device:

  1. Go to Settings app.
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top.
  3. Tap ‘Subscriptions’ and select Zigazoo Premium.
  4. Tap ‘Cancel Subscription’ and confirm.

Cancel via Zigazoo app:

  1. Go to your Profile.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap ‘Your Zigazoo Subscription’.
  4. Tap ‘Manage Subscriptions’.
  5. Confirm cancellation via Apple dashboard.

How do I request a refund for my Premium Subscription?

  • Apple doesn’t allow apps to provide refunds. Request a refund through Apple:
  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
  3. Click ‘Report’ or ‘Report a problem’ next to your subscription.
  4. Follow the instructions.
